I can’t thank Rebecca enough for helping me pass both the national and state exam.  Her teaching style was such that it broke the material down that made it common sense. The exams are not just testing facts they are testing a mind set and Rebecca has that down cold. The icing on the cake, for me though, was the study materials.  The flash cards and the practice exam were extremely helpful because both picked the important material out of the vast information that needed to be studied. When you have that much material to go through it takes sheer repetition of going over the most important information to get it into your head. And the study aides did just that. I don’t think I could have passed in my first try without the study materials which included her outline of the material. i think the OBRA review for 45 min was a big help too because it gave some direction to what to study for the OBRA part in the state exam, I had no clue as to what to study for the OBRA part, but after the class I knew what to study and I had OBRA questions in my version of the test.Thanks Rebecca.

If you follow what Rebecca says during the class and utilize the materials that are offered it will help you pass the boards. When I first started reviewing the information on my own it seemed overwhelming and I knew that there was no way I could ever learn it all. In the prep class Rebecca broke the information down and explained it in ways that made it more understandable. She gives tips and suggestions for studing that are really helpful. The practice test and flash cards were a great asset and helped me remember most of the information that I needed. I was in the process of studying for my licensing exam and found that I didn't feel fully prepared with just my text book as a studying reference. My State Licensing agency referred me to RMP and Associates exam prep for further assistance.  I was willing to try anything that would help me pass my exam.  I figured after spending so many years in a part-time Master's program and taking courses to become a Nursing Home Administrator spending the extra money toward study material was only more of an investment into my future.

Downloading the material was easy, and the online material is very user friendly.  To make the program work for you, however, you have to be willing to put the time in and be willing to study.  I purchsed the vocabulary and practice examination.  I used the material daily, up until the night before my exam.  Since I was able to practice via practice exams and vocab. test, the programs helped me understand the information required of a Nursing Home Administrator and master the material that I needed to know for the national exam.  By being able to practice on a daily basis my test anxiety was also lessened.

I liked how the program was not repetitive, meaning when you logged on each day the questions were not in the same sequence and/or order.  You were challenged to think about your answers which was another way of preparing your for the exam.  Overall, I am glad that I purchased this program.  I passed my exam on the first try, and owe this in part to RMP and Associates.
