Purchase of Study Aids

Study Aids are not included in the class tuition and are taxable items.  Class materials are printable one time, but all Study Aids are not; please see product description for details.  Study Aid(s) are accessible for an unlimited number of times for one year on the computer used to activate the software (look for the icon on your desktop).  Because this material is built into software your material(s) is not shipped to you.

Once you decide on which study aid you would like to purchase add it to the shopping cart.   When you are done selecting your items you will check out of the shopping cart.  After the check out process has been completed from our web site you will receive a receipt and AIT Exam Prep will receive your order.  Processing time for Study Aids is up to three business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a second receipt from AIT Exam Prep which will include link(s) and a key code necessary to access your study aid(s).  If you click on the link and nothing happens then copy and paste this link into your Internet browser (we recommend using Internet Explorer).  This link is needed to download our software to your PC desktop or PC laptop computer (Mac computers are not compatible with our software).  

Once your software has been downloaded to your computer you will be able to access your materials by typing in your key code listed on the second receipt.  If you lose your material for any reason unrelated to our software (eg. virus, computer crashes, lose your computer etc.) then you will have to purchase your material(s) again in order to be issued another key code.  One activation code is given per student order so you can only activate this material on one computer.

Previous students recommend that reviewing the Study Aids prior to the class is helpful in retaining the information learned during class.

Payment for Study Aids

All registration forms are completed, processed and paid for through our shopping cart by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted).

For your information, many companies support the cost of Exam Review Classes and/or Study Aids.

Confirmation E-Mail

Upon paying for your Study Aids you will receive an e-mail confirming your AIT Exam Prep order. Please keep this e-mail as confirmation of your order. AIT Exam Prep provides no other verification.

Processing Time

Once the order has been processed and completed (up to 3 business days), a second e-mail will be sent to the student with download instructions, link(s) and key code.  Please note these materials are built into software so they are not mailed to you.

Cancellation of Study Aids

If the student wishes to cancel a Study Aid order the following fees will apply:
•  If the activation code has been activated a Study Aid will not be refunded under any circumstances
•  If an activation code has not been activated there will be a 25% cancellation fee for that Study Aid.

Processing of the refund will be by credit to the credit card used to purchase the Study Aid and may take up to two weeks to process.
