Our policy is that additional key codes are not granted if your computer crashes or if you want to put your materials on an additional computer.

Begin studying as soon as possible. Integrating the studying of regulations with department rotations will give you a better understanding of their importance and the impact they have on the quality of care residents receive. Quality of care has a direct impact on the residents' quality of life.

Individual Referral Discount
By referring one student who registers for the California or National Exam Review Class, the referring student will receive a 5% credit back to the purchasing card once the referred student attends class. This discount applies to the referring student's entire order on the registration form; therefore, the referring student will receive the 5% discount on any Study Aids ordered at the same time.

By referring two or more students the referring student will receive a 7% credit back to the purchasing card once the referred students have attended class. This discount applies to the referring student's entire order on the registration form; therefore, the referring student will receive the 7% discount on any Study Aids ordered at the same time!
AIT Exam Prep must be informed of the referral of the student(s) at the time of registration by the referring individual (e.g. type name(s) of referred student(s) in the comment section encountered during shopping cart check out). Discovery of a co-worker in the same class or upcoming class does not merit the discount.

Please note that the discount can only be credited to the purchasing credit card – no exceptions will be made.
Processing time for the discount is up to two weeks after the referred student attends class.

Corporate Discount

Although reciprocity is granted for the National Exam in California you will still have to take the California Exam. Students licensed in other states have a harder time with the California exam because of differences in state regulations.

Those who want personal assistance may opt for private tutoring. The fee is $120 for up to 60 minutes of phone or e-mail support. This is helpful for fine tuning studying, reviewing material prior to the test and clarifying questions about Study Aids

1. Problem: The link does not work at all.
Is your computer a MAC? MAC’s are not compatible with our software. The following are our system requirements:

• US Windows XP (SP2+) or Windows Vista
• 256 MB RAM (512MB recommended)
• Pentium III class or better processor
• Internet Connection

2.Problem: The files don't seem to be downloading properly or my wizard is not working.
Is your firewall activated? If so, disable it until the files are downloaded and extracted.

3.Problem: I don't see any wizards or the desktop icon.
Are you signed on the administrator account? You may not be if multiple people use the computer you are trying to activate your software on.You must be signed on as the administrator to download the material and get the desktop icon.

4. Problem: I get an error message indicating a file cannot be found.
You probably browsed and tried to save the software to a location different from the default location. Start over and follow the next prompts without browsing.

5.Problem: I don't see any wizards.
Minimize all windows as the wizard may be behind the open screens.

6. Problem: There are no yellow areas in my class materials?
Make sure you are using the most recent free version of Adobe Reader. You can download it from adobe.com

7.Problem: My wizard stops so I cannot download the software.
Perhaps you selected save instead of open. Click open and follow the prompts. 

8.  Problem:  I activated my software but cannot see my class materials when selected.
Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed so that the document can be opened and then visible.

9.  Problem:  I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and/or link and key code.
Check your spam folder to confirm the e-mail from us is not stored in there.

10. Problem: My computer just crashed and I need another activation key.
If you lose your material for any reason unrelated to our software (eg. virus, computer crashes, lost computer etc.) then you will have to purchase your material(s) a second time in order to be issued another key code.
